Staff

At Kenley Kindergarten we have a mature, established staff team who are highly qualified and experienced.

• We are committed to enhancing the skills of our staff by continual training.
• We close one day in August to enable whole staff training for subjects such as First Aid.
• We have a low staff turnover that allows us to build long lasting positive relationship with the families who use our service.
• Many of the staff are parents and some grandparents, who know what it's like to be a working parent themselves.

All the staff are DBS checked and are First Aid trained.

Our staff team is managed by Mrs Tracey Bacon who holds an Early Years Degree and an Early Years Professional Status. We have a minimum of one level 3 Early Years Educator in every room.
